About Us
GENERAL
Formed in 1998 as Boston Linx we were a community based website, with forums, News, classifieds. The site was aimed at Boston and it's surrounding area, but unfortunatley a computer in every home in Boston at that time was not a reality and the site soon found itself without any support from local news papers or business it was left unattended. For a short while the music section was used but within a few days found itself on its own website as the boston ejayzone and was only the 3rd fan based established website dedicated to the music pacakge Dance Ejay. The site started to establish itself within the ejay community and even secured a competition deal with the UK distributors at the time (name escapes me, i think it was pxdsoft). The competition would supply 1 copy to each secondary school in the area along with prizes to the winning school. Unfortunatley the local press would not support this unless we included another town called skegness into the competition. unfortunatley the distributors would not supply any more copies and so the competition fell through.
